Easy Giant Fruit Ice Cubes

Fruit Ice Cubes Recipe

Ingredients

โ€ข Berries
โ€ข Silicone 5 cm (2 inches) ice cube mold

Instructions
Blend up all your fruit.
I wanted to make them different colors so did one strawberry, one raspberry, and one blackberry.
You can also mix together.
Pour your blended fruit into the silicone mold.
Freeze overnight and youโ€™re good to go.

I then just topped them with vodka and some soda water for my husband, and only water for me.
Your drinks become increasingly fruity as the cubes melt.

Ideas for Add-ins!
You don’t need much to make the flavor pop. If you’re using herbs, a leaf or two will do. If you like things sweet, consider a tablespoon of honey!

Mint: Pairs wonderfully with watermelon and other tropical fruits.
Basil: Gives a lovely punch to berries!
Honey: Adds some extra sweetness, especially with tart fruits.
Lime: Fantastic with mango and pretty much everything!
Lemon: Gives a bit of a frozen lemonade feel to any slushie.
Vanilla: I added this to my mango slushie and it was heavenly!
Ginger: If you love ginger as much as I do, it goes with everything.

Serve your guests these fruits ice cubes and you’re sure to have a party to remember.

Love a healthy cocktail?
Adults like these refreshing, fruity cocktails. And they’re so easy to make that kids can spoon the fruit ice cube into plastic cups with a spoon in a jiffy. The hard part is waiting for them to freeze!
