SHIPPING POLICY

• Domestic: All packages are shipped via USPS. Once USPS has picked up items, Arianna Frasca is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Customers are responsible for communicating with shipping carriers regarding any shipping issues. Refunds/replacements will not be issued for lost packages.
• International: All packages are shipped via USPS. Once USPS has picked up items, Arianna Frasca is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Customers are responsible for communicating with shipping carriers regarding any shipping issues. Refunds/replacements will not be issued for lost packages.
Due to COVID-related issues, some international orders take 3-4 months to arrive.

Preorder Timelines
All preorder turnaround times are estimates and are subject to change. Please refer to the Shipping Schedule page for up-to-date information on preorder shipping.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been shipped back and received. No refund will be issued if the return arrives damaged due to improper packaging.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at arianna.frasca@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

For defective or damaged products, please get in touch with us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

 ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
 ●     All items are handmade, so small variances and imperfections are to be expected. Colors are hand mixed and may vary slightly from what is seen on the website. 
 ●     If items are damaged on receipt, a photo of the damaged item(s) must be included in the return/refund request. 
 ●     Refunds will be processed once the item has been shipped back and received. 
 ●     If the return arrives damaged due to improper packaging, no refund will be issued.
