I’m ready for sweater weather! It’s no secret that fall is a knitter’s favorite time of the year. With its cool mornings and warm afternoons, we can layer our outfits.
I love the change in colors, and that’s why I love all about the fall color palette.
Now that the temperature is chilling down, I can dream about the perfect sweater, cardigan, or anything cozy!
FO
Moon bandana: A quick knit and a perfect gift for Christmas! I planned this as my daughterโs bandana because the moons make it a perfect match for her mini-moon cardi!
Moon Dishtowel: Yes, I know, Iโm obsessed with the moon! A dishtowel in 100% cotton is a nice addition to my kitchen, but I will knit it in a solid color next time.
WIP
Ursa sweater: I canโt believe I bought this pattern almost one year ago! But now I finally decided to start it!
Monogrammed sweater: I really wanted a bulky sweater for Christmas, and I added my favorite font to a very simple raglan sweater; more detail soon!
Dreaming of casting on
I have to start searching for my daughters’ Christmas presents. This year I want to make some animal-inspired dolls, I found a talented knitter, Tatyana Korobkova, and I now have to choose three!
Reading
Star daughter: From my August Owlcrate. A magical fairy tale born from Hindu mythology, a debut that I can’t wait to start reading.
Caraval: this book intrigues me, and it has so many good reviews that I couldn’t resist impulsive buying! If you like descriptions, prose, and romance, you will love it!
Upcoming projects and news
Next week, I will release another free dishcloth, yes, the one with the moon phases!
The previous month, I had released my Moon Cardi, a pattern perfect for fall, and at the end of the month, the Mini Moon Cardi will be released as well.
This month, I will write about become a designer, color confidence, and guest post on my blog. Stay tuned!
