Elastic Bind off
Knit one stitch. Knit another one. Now, insert your left needle through the 2nd stitch on your right, in front of the right needle. Knit these two stitches together through the back loop. You have bound off one stitch. Now you can knit the following stitch from your left needle and repeat the process until you have worked all your stitches.

Cast on 19 (21, 23, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34) sts. Place BOR m and join in the round, being careful not to twist the stitches.
