The blouse/dress is constructed from the top down, starting with a picot cast on. The yoke features a hole cutout. There are directions for two necks (crew/turtleneck), two sleeves (short/long), and five lengths (blouse/mini, knee, midi, maxi dress). Short rows are worked back and forth to raise the back neckline for a better fit.ย
