SIZING
9″ – 22.8 cm circumference
GAUGE, NEEDLES, NOTIONS
Gauge: 22 stitches and 29 rounds over 4โ/10cm
Needles: US 4 – 3.5 mm 32โ- 80 cm circular needles for magic loop or DPN.
Notions: Stitch markers, Tapestry needle
YARN
I used: Premawitch yarn (70% Merino, 20% Silk, 10% Alpaca).
Yarn: weight 2 (Fine, sport, baby)
Yardage: MC: 116 yds / 106 m – CC: 5.2 yds / 4.75 m
CONSTRUCTION
Circular shape based on Elizabeth Zimmermanโs Pi Shawl, with eight moon phases surrounding the circle. You can choose to work the colorwork doing intarsia or duplicate stitch, and the pattern ends with the lacy crown picot bind off.
