Be entranced knitting your Elemental can

 Air. Earth. Fire. Water.

Choose your element and discover the cardinal symbol representing your element.

When you find yourself in harmony with your element, it becomes quite a magical (though possibly startling) moment. Wanting to capture such a moment in my home served as inspiration for the design.
The Elemental cans is a series of four dainty little covers featuring textured stitches.
Be entranced by the meditative nature of the textured stitch, repetitive but never boring (and quick to knit up).
The four patterns have been designed to complement one another as a set or to shine as stand-alone pieces.
They will be made available to purchase as single patterns to allow the opportunity to mix and match to suit the customer needs.

The pattern blends seamlessly on these thoughtfully designed can covers, it provides both an engaging and repetitive knit so that adventurous beginners and experienced knitters will find that this pattern satisfies their creative itch for a challenge or familiarity.
Each can cover is knitted in the round from bottom up. The base is worked in a Garter Stitch pattern.
Stitches are then picked up along each side and the can is worked in a charted pattern, for textural and visual interest.

Tin can or flat bottomed cylindrical container measuring: Height: 11cm (4.25″), Diameter: 7cm (2.75″)
