The importance of email marketing as a knit designer

A website is not essential when youโ€™re a knit design, because
You can certainly make all work on social media but what you really need to complement is email marketing.
How? With a landing page for your email list. It’s like a one-page website that is used to collect email addresses.

Email marketing is so essential because itโ€™s still the best way to build an engaged audience, sell a product online, or create hype around your next big event or service project. When people signup to be on your list, they are interested in what you do and want to stay in the loop. They want you to let them know when you have something to share and to say.

A must for enticing people to sign up for your email list is to have an irresistible freebie that you will promote on your landing page. People who are willing to sign up for your list, in order to get the freebie, probably are already interested in what you provide, they are interested in what you have to offer.

After the freebie, a good way to grow your email list is to present any new pattern releases, call for testers, an upcoming KAL, extra benefits, and much more!
Surveys are also a great way to utilize your email list, and I will use them very soon.
And if you are unsure of what to create or offer next, you can simply ask your audience, they are going to suggest you a ton of ideas!

And, with an email list, you are actually in control of how often people are hearing from you because you are not battling those social media algorithms!
With an email list, you are able to reach your audience and determine why they arenโ€™t buying, what they are, and are not interested in as well as you can pick up on the verbiage that your potential clients are using.

Having an email list allows you to serve your audience in a certain way and email marketing doesnโ€™t mean more work, it just means more strategy.
